{"id":3756,"date":"2023-08-28T11:47:40","date_gmt":"2023-08-28T17:47:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/priegobrito.mx\/?p=3756"},"modified":"2023-08-28T11:48:10","modified_gmt":"2023-08-28T17:48:10","slug":"stprm-rejects-collective-bargaining-agreement-proposal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/priegobrito.mx\/en\/blog\/2023\/08\/stprm-rechaza-propuesta-de-contrato-colectivo-de-trabajo\/","title":{"rendered":"STPRM rejects collective bargaining agreement proposal"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>STPRM rejects collective bargaining agreement proposal<br \/>\nSTPRM and Pemex continue negotiating the CCT 2023 -2025 a few days before the extension expires.<br \/>\nIn the absence of satisfactory agreements in the negotiations for the revision of the Collective Bargaining Agreement 2023- 2025 with the authorities of Petr\u00f3leos Mexicanos (Pemex), for the second time the Union of Oil Workers of the Mexican Republic (STPRM) requested to a Federal Labor Court of Collective Affairs, a new extension of 30 days of pre-strike as of September 1. The workers are seeking an increase of 7%.<\/p>\n<p>In July, the workers requested a 30-day extension from August 1 to continue contract negotiations for the next two years.<\/p>\n<p>Pemex offered workers a 4.2% salary increase, which was rejected by the union rank and file as \u201ca pittance\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>By means of a letter, the workers were informed of the request for the 30-day extension, due to the lack of progress in the negotiations with the state-owned company.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWithin the framework of the Permanent Assembly maintained by our Union Organization, determined by the worker base within the process of Review of the Collective Labor Contract 2023-2025, having held meetings with Petr\u00f3leos Mexicanos with the accompaniment of the Secretary of Labor and Social Welfare; as well as hearings in the Federal Labor Court of Collective Affairs and in the Federal Center of Conciliation and Labor Registry, without there being a satisfactory agreement to date that would allow concluding the negotiations, and in view of the imminent expiration of the extension that is elapsing, the extension of the pre-strike period until September 30 of the present has been requested to the Court\u201d.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/oilandgasmagazine.com.mx\/2023\/08\/stprm-rechaza-propuesta-de-contrato-colectivo-de-trabajo\/\">https:\/\/oilandgasmagazine.com.mx\/2023\/08\/stprm-rechaza-propuesta-de-contrato-colectivo-de-trabajo\/<\/a><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>STPRM rechaza propuesta de contrato colectivo de trabajo STPRM y Pemex contin\u00faan negociando el CCT 2023 -2025 a unos d\u00edas de vencer la pr\u00f3rroga.
