Do you know what are the teleworker's obligations?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>According to the Federal Labor Law, this is a special type of work, which is regulated in Chapter XII from Article 311 to 330.<\/p>\n<p>The NOM-037, is the normativity that regulates telework, which has as main distinction to make HomeOffice, the purpose of this implementation of the NOM-37 is to regulate this type of work.
