Today the Federal Electricity Commission published in the Official Gazette of the Federation the Modification to the General Provisions on Procurement, Leasing, Service Contracting and Execution of Works of the Federal Electricity Commission and its subsidiary productive companies, among which the following are highlighted:<\/p>\n
PROVISIONS 5, section I, third paragraph and section XIII, first paragraph; 29, second paragraph; 41, fourth paragraph; 45, section III and penultimate paragraph; 50; 51, second paragraph; 67, first paragraph; 70, first and third paragraphs; 73, first paragraph; 80, third paragraph; 84, section III and penultimate paragraph; 98, second paragraph; 102, in its title, first paragraph and second paragraph, section II; PROVISIONS 51, third paragraph; 70, second paragraph and 98, fifth paragraph are hereby ADDED and PROVISION 73, second paragraph, of the General Provisions on Procurement, Leasing, Service Contracting and Execution of Works of the Federal Electricity Commission and its Subsidiary Productive Companies is hereby repealed.<\/p>\n
