Gas stations

One of the activities that ASEA regulates is the sale of gasoline and diesel through service stations:

Regulated parties that generate hazardous waste (categorized as large, small and micro generators of hazardous waste) derived from the activities of the Hydrocarbons Sector indicated in article 3, section XI, of the Law of the National Agency for Industrial Safety and Environmental Protection of the Hydrocarbons Sector (including the transportation, storage, distribution and sale to the public of petroleum products, the latter including service stations), must apply for registration as a Generator of Hazardous Waste.
