The Service is personal and non-transferable and can only be used by the contracting User. To transfer a Service to another person, a physical letter or an email from the User to Priego Brito is required, including the name of the person who will receive the Service, the reason why the session is being transferred, as well as the signature of the transferring User. In order to validate the transfer, the person to whom the session is transferred, must submit the requested information and must accept all the terms and conditions that apply to Priego Brito's Users.

All credit, debit or utility cardholders are subject to checks and authorizations by the card issuer. By using your credit, debit or service card, you confirm that the card is yours and that you have sufficient funds or available credit to cover charges.

The payment platforms are independent from Priego Brito and their purpose is to facilitate a safe and agile transaction to the Users. Any question or incidence about this payment system must be addressed directly to the payment platforms applicable to the Technological Platform and used by Priego Brito, who does not assume any responsibility derived from the operation or use of the payment platforms. It is worth mentioning that we use Mercado Pago The company is a reliable and widely known service provider in Mexico.

Priego Brito is designed for Users over 18 years old at the moment of contracting. Users must stop using the Portal immediately if they are not older than 18 years old, do not agree or do not accept all these Terms of Use. Priego Brito reserves the right to remove or prohibit any User from using the Portal at its sole discretion.

When contracting the Service directly at the offices or at the website, the User agrees to pay Priego Brito, the fee indicated in the web page www.priegobrito.com or specific quotation for the contracted Service. The payment will be charged at the moment of requesting the Service. By accepting these terms, the User authorizes Priego Brito to charge automatically to his/her credit card, debit card, PayPal, or other, the total amount of the contracted service.

Cancellations and refunds. Service cancellations will only proceed if the service has not been delivered and the cancellation is made within the first 50% of the time indicated for the delivery of the service, however, in case the service has started to be elaborated by the assigned specialist, up to 30% of the total cost of the service will be charged at Priego Brito's discretion based on an objective criteria of work progress vs. time and reason for cancellation.
