Lenia Batres is sworn in and takes a stance against the court

Minister Lenia Batres was sworn in as part of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation, where she expressed strong criticisms directed at the court itself, such as that it has exceeded its functions, falling into excess, in addition to taking a power that does not correspond to its faculties, invading the legislative power and that it believes itself to be superior to the parameters limited by our Constitution.
