The NOM-037, is the normativity that regulates telework, which has as main distinction to make HomeOffice, the purpose of this implementation of the NOM-37 is to regulate this type of work. So here we mention the obligations that the teleworker must comply:
- Follow the Internal Policy that the employer has implemented, which must contemplate the forms of communication, supervision, work and rest schedules, among other conditions.
- Enable remote means of verification and monitoring within the workplace.
- In case of any material or external impediment you must notify the company.
- In the event of a change of address that contemplates a change in your place of work, you must also notify us.
