The National Hydrocarbons Commission (CNH) and the International Center of Excellence in Sustainable Resource Management in Extractive Industries and Energy (ICE-SRM), join forces through an agreement to promote sustainable management in the hydrocarbons industry.
This agreement, led by Agustín Díaz Lastra and Ulises Neri Flores, aims to integrate sustainable practices in exploration and extraction projects, following UN standards. It focuses on advanced analysis, exchange of practices, and collaboration in National Content and Technology Transfer, with the objective of promoting social welfare and environmental sustainability.
This effort is aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals, marking a significant advance towards the decarbonization and sustainability of the sector, consistent with the 2030 Agenda and the Paris Agreement.
