Did you know? Working mothers are entitled to take two daily breaks of half an hour each to feed their babies during the first six months after childbirth. If it is not possible to take these breaks, they may agree with their employer to reduce their workday by one hour per day during the same period. This right is contemplated in the Federal Labor Law (LFT, art. 170, section IV).

Did you know? Pemex and Subsidiary Agencies may initiate an administrative termination procedure in the event of a repeated failure to comply with any of the obligations contained in Annex “SSPA”. Recidivism shall be understood as the failure to comply, for two or more different events, or for two or more times of the same event.
