ANSWER
The Paola Buenrostro law defines the crime of transfeminicide as the murder of a trans woman or person whose gender identity is perceived within the female spectrum. It also establishes measures to ensure that death certificates and the delivery of corpses respect the victim's gender identity, allowing the victim's “social family”, composed of close friends and companions, to carry out these procedures if blood relatives refuse or violate the identity of the transgender person.
Did you know that the Federal Labor Law (LFT) in Mexico guarantees a series of rights to breastfeeding workers to protect their health and well-being, as well as that of their babies. These rights include:
- Two daily breaks of 30 minutes**: Working mothers are entitled to two breaks of half an hour each to breastfeed or express breast milk.
- Rest in the event of a health contingency**: If a health contingency is declared, breastfeeding workers may be granted a rest break to protect their health and that of their baby.
-Prohibition of unhealthy or dangerous work**: Breastfeeding workers must not work in unhealthy or dangerous environments or in commercial or service establishments after 10:00 p.m.
These measures are designed to ensure the safety and well-being of female workers and their children, without affecting their salary and benefits.
