In mid 2010 we started two internal certification processes, one in Quality in the ISO 9001 2008 standard and subsequently updated to obtain the ISO 9001 2015 with emphasis on risks and quality in 5 customer service processes considering: transparency, file control, deadlines and terms, labor area, labor crimes, prevention, follow-up and control mechanisms.
