The Energy Regulatory Commission (CRE) authorized Pemex a permit for generate electricity in its Central Plataforma Habitacional Litoral A2.
In turn, at its ordinary session, the agency granted a license to the company Cogeneration of Clean Energy of Cosoleacaque to generate energy under the cogeneration modality, and granted a modification in the company's electrical works. Wind of Bella Unión.
With respect to natural gas, the CRE granted marketing permits to GS3, Grupo Energético PG y Asociados, BSQ Global Corporation and Fénix Trading.
Regarding liquefied gas, the CRE authorized 12 draft resolutions approving the modification by assignment of the permit to sell to the public through a motor vehicle service station.
Meanwhile, the National Commission on Hydrocarbons (Comisión Nacional de Hidrocraburos - CNH) authorized Pemex to drill the Pokche-201EXP shallow water exploratory well and approved the modification to the Development Plan for the extraction of Pemex Exploration and Production for Assignment A-0284-2M-Campo Rabasa.
In its fifth extraordinary session, the CNH approved the 2021 work program and the associated budget of Lukoil Upstream Mexico and authorization to Operadora Bloque to drill the onshore exploratory well Yolox-1EXP.
In addition, the CNH gave authorization to Pantera Exploration and Production 2.2. to drill the onshore exploratory well Rimo-1EXP whose programmed cost is US$5.18 million.
