The governing body of the National Hydrocarbons Commission (CNH) ruled in favor of the procedure for the delivery and receipt of hydrocarbons from the Hokchi field.
This is a production sharing contract, located in shallow waters, with a total area of 39.59 square kilometers.
The governing body approved the procedures for delivery and receipt of hydrocarbons presented by Hokchi Energy, related to this contract, since the operator complied with the applicable regulations, and with the contractual commitments, in particular, Clause 11.2 of Contract CNH-R01-L02-A2/2015, associated with the Regular Commercial Production stage.
The Operator complied with the following evaluation criteria: (i) Metering systems (fiscal measurement of crude oil and gas); (ii) short term production delivery forecasts; (iii) delivery/reception schedule; (iv) environmental protection measures; and (v) responsibilities derived from the custody and safekeeping of the Hydrocarbons.
