The Energy Regulatory Commission (CRE) took disciplinary actions against twelve energy companies, initiating seven sanction procedures related to the hydrocarbons sector and resolving five more, of which four belong to the hydrocarbons sector and one to the electricity sector, without disclosing the names of the companies involved.
