During the fourth edition of the Expo Oil and Gas Mexico 2024, The event, held in Villahermosa, Tabasco, brought together more than 50 energy companies offering goods and services, as well as various interested participants, who interacted with exhibitors at business tables.
The sponsoring companies were Engie, TotalEnergies, Roshfrans, Tubos Monterrey, Fieldwood Energy.
Numerous conferences, workshops and panels were given by important personalities, such as: Ángel Carrizales, Executive Director of the ASEA; Walter Julián Ángel Jiménez, Commissioner of CRE; Ramón Silva, Secretary of Energy Development of Tamaulipas; Carlos García Basto, Director of the Energy Agency of Campeche; Ana Laura Ludlow, Vice President of Government Affairs and Sustainability in Mexico Engie; Warren Levy, Executive Director of Jaguar E&P, who gave a presentation on the "Energy and Sustainability in Mexico" program. Challenges of a just energy transition; Leonardo Wester, from the Brazilian embassy, shared another one about Trade relations between Mexico and Brazil in the energy sector and William Antonio Contreras, General Manager of SLB in Mexico, Central America and Venezuela, who spoke about the importance of infrastructure investment and the challenges of the sector.
The Dr. Erik Manuel Priego Brito, Priego Brito & Guzmán Juárez, founding partner of Priego Brito & Guzmán Juárez PBGJ, also participated as a speaker in the panel LNG as an efficient and sustainable solution, Alejandra Espinosa, Head of Market Intelligence at Engie Mexico, Dr. Luis Eduardo Chavarria Meza, from Kepler Oil & Gas and as moderator Daniela Suárez, from Grupo CIITA.
