Priego Brito y Asociados S.C., is the legal entity, which in accordance with the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals (LFPDPPP) is understood as (the “Responsible”) since it decides on the treatment of the personal data it collects from you, as the “Owner” of the same, understanding “Owner” as the natural person to whom the personal data corresponds, and by the latter, any information concerning an identified or identifiable natural person.
For the “Responsible”, treating your data in a legitimate manner and in compliance with the Federal Law of the Matter, is a priority issue. This Privacy Notice complements any other simplified or short privacy notices that the “Responsible” has made available to you as the owner of your personal data and is supplementary in all matters not expressly referred to in such notices.

The “Responsible” in this act collects your data for the following purposes purposes:
- A) To provide you with the professional services that you require, in accordance with the proposal or offer that the “Responsible” presents to you. The professional services that the “Responsible” can provide are in the areas of auditing, project management, legal advice and/or representation, legal consulting, in order to provide attention to individuals or companies, whether domestic and/or foreign.
- B)To comply with the obligations contracted with you according to the professional services provided to you, as well as to inform you of any situation or change regarding such services.
- C)Evaluate the quality of the professional services provided by the “Responsible” and conduct customer satisfaction surveys.
- D)Maintain contact with you, in order to invite you to conferences, courses or events, in which current topics related to the professional services provided by the “Responsible”.
- F) Success stories and promotional (marketing) purposes of the Priego Brito brand.

To carry out the purposes described in this privacy notice the “Responsible” will use personal data for identification, contact, labor and billing purposes.

The “Responsible” informs you that in order to comply with the purposes set forth in this privacy notice, NO requires the collection of sensitive personal data from you.

- Means to exercise the Rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition (ARCO Rights).
You have the right to access your personal data held by the “Responsible” and the details of their treatment, as well as to rectify them in case they are inaccurate or incomplete; cancel them when you consider that they are not required for any of the purposes stated in this privacy notice, are being used for purposes not consented or oppose the treatment of them for specific purposes.
The Personal Data Department of the “Responsible” will provide you with all the necessary information for you to exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition with respect to your personal data.
The procedure that has been implemented for the exercise of such rights, begins with the submission of the respective request, whose format and information regarding the deadlines in which it will be attended, can be obtained in the Department of Personal Data of the “Responsible”, which you can contact as indicated in point 7 of this privacy notice.
- Procedure for the holder (customer), if applicable, to revoke their consent to the processing of their personal data.
At any time, you may revoke the consent, if any, you have given to the “Responsible” for the processing of your personal data. However, it is important to note that not in all cases your request may be met or the use of your personal data may be terminated immediately, since it is possible that some legal obligation may require that your personal data continue to be processed. Likewise, you should consider that for certain purposes, the revocation of your consent will imply that the service you requested can no longer be provided, or the conclusion of your relationship with the “Responsible”.
To revoke your consent it is necessary to contact the Department of Personal Data Protection of the “Responsible”, in order to know the procedure for the revocation of consent.
- Transfers of personal data within Mexico and abroad.
Your personal data may be transferred and processed inside and outside the country, if necessary for the purposes mentioned in items A), B) and D of point 3 of this privacy notice. In this case, your personal data will be shared outside the country, with the company or companies belonging to Priego Brito's network. Therefore, it is important that you are aware that your data is protected, since these companies, if necessary, will operate under the same Personal Data Protection Policy and also have a Data Protection and Privacy Policy.
The “Responsible” undertakes not to transfer your personal data to other third parties, unless due to the professional services provided, they should be transferred to comply with legal obligations before the competent authorities, such as tax authorities or judicial authorities, federal or local. Likewise, your data may be transferred without your consent in the cases provided for in Article 37 of the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals, and in the cases mentioned in the preceding paragraph and that are within the assumptions of said Article 37, with the understanding that the transfers would be carried out under the terms set forth in the aforementioned Law.

For the protection of your personal data we have implemented administrative, physical and technical security measures in order to prevent loss, misuse or alteration of your information.

This privacy notice may undergo modifications, changes or updates derived from new legal requirements, the “Responsible”“s own needs for the services it offers, privacy practices or other causes, so the ”Responsible" reserves the right to make at any time the necessary modifications or updates to this privacy notice.

Any complaint or additional information regarding the treatment of your personal data or any doubt in relation to the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals or its Regulations, may be addressed to the National Institute for Transparency, Access to Information and Protection of Personal Data (INAI).
